The painted roof looked good from the street. The inspection revealed the paint was recently done over surface rust and corroded nails. A roof replacement is recommended.

Gutter with corrosion on the join will leak and look unsightly. It would be recommended to replace all gutters as they are most likely to be in the same condition.

Split timber bracing and a corroded bolt is unsafe and requires replacement.

Ridge capping and pointing in good condition.
